German boy doll

The only thing I really know about this little guy is that he was estimated at around 75 years old in the 80's,  and that he is bisque head/composite body with all original clothing. He is unfortunately however, missing an arm. Any info. would be GREATLY appreciated! You guys are an awesome help.
