Milking Stool... did I just pass up a bargain?
« on: September 17, 2009, 01:44:12 pm »
The guy who sold me the Chinese benches last night has this three-legged stool for sale for $10. I didn't pay much attention to it:

But then I saw this this morning, selling for UK 225:

Should I grab it quick, or is it not the same thing? I don't know anything about these, but now that I'm looking at the photo of the one the seller has, take a look at the peg connecting on the seat- Looks like old shrinking wood to me. I regret to say I was so busy looking at the Chinese stuff I did not give this one a second glance.

In my neck of the woods you could sell it for $35 - $50 tops on a really really good day.
