Any information anyone would have on this seth thomas clock

Hard to tell from the tiny pic but are there three wind holes?  That usually means Westminister chimes or gongs every 15 minutes and gongs the hour.  Sinora (bell) chimes are much rarer.    Nice wooden case.  Does the clock work?  What do the chimes look like?
