Hausske Sofa
« on: November 10, 2009, 11:44:11 am »
We inherited this from my wife's grandmother.  It has gotten to the point where the space it was taking up in our BR is too much.  I am planning to donate it to Goodwill, though wanted to see if it had any value before I do so.  Google search gave very limited information and no estimated value.

Thank you for any information you can provide me.

A sofa of that quality, would cost a $1,000.00 Dollars ( New ) If you wish to donate to good will. I  would take a $500.00  deduction. I.R.S. say's yard sale prices only.

So I would suggest a family member. who would injoy a top quality sofa. with many year's left too injoy.

Thank you for the reply.  Unfortunately there is none that want it and since it appears to be too young (at 40 years) to be of any worth it will head for a new home via Goodwill.  Thanks again, it is too bad I cannot use it to buy my new camera.  ;- )
