Very nice set.  Much more complex than the other.  Is all the gilding intact/great shape?  chips?  Scratches on set? The pic is of?

You need to search for Italian Decanter sets or decanter sets.
Unless tracked down to a renowned glass factory they sell from $35- $65. But if your set is in immaculate shape it could sell for up to $85.

Here's one for your information

Just in case it might be a Moser  set...........

Moser

Moser glass is made by a Bohemian (Czech) glasshouse founded by Ludwig Moser in 1857. Art Nouveau-type glassware and iridescent glassware were made. The most famous Moser glass is decorated with heavy enameling in gold and bright colors. The firm, Moser Glassworks, is still working in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. Few pieces of Moser glass are marked.

Image of a 'possible' Moser decanter

"This piece is in a Rich Emerald Green Color with Beautiful Raised Floral and Gold accents in the design. Heavy 24K Gold Accent on this piece. There is some wear to the gold on the raised lid handle and some throughout the piece. Also there is an indentation on the base of the piece which is from the clamp that held the piece when it was hand blown.

We are not quite sure but this looks like Moser Glass. If this is Moser, it would have been created in the early 1900's. This piece came out of a Gothic Mansion in Western Indiana that was built in 1826, so it very well can be Moser Glass.

This item is in excellent shape for it's age.

Measurements:

Ewer: stands 15 1/4 inches tall.

Ewer is approx  4 inches wide."

This site shows some other examples by them:

Thanks for the compliments Joe, but I am basically a newbie like you.  I just happen to love the search......knowled ge is a long way off in my case.  ;)

I came here like you, looking for some advice and information and was overwhelmed with the help and support.  Just glad I can pass it on with hunting stuff down (whether it's spot on or not :D)

In searching for answers for you I think I fell in love with the work of the Moser Glass co.  Take a look sometime at beauty they have created.
