Maybe a hospital bed? Too big to be a crib or doll bed but it has side rails so I'm guessing it's a hospital bed. Not too sure!

yes you could be right, i didn't think about that.it may have come from a hospital or a work house.

I think that is just one style of the "original" roll-away toddler/baby bed.
