Im about 95% sure that this is fenton. I've seen a colonial blue bud vase before in the rose bud pattern. The thing that really stands out to me about your vase is the color and the "chunkiness" of the base. Good luck on ebay!
PS: In regards to the black thumbprint vase from Rubylane, I believe that the reason it doesnt look black black is because it has a "carnival" treatment that was done over the black.
