Antique baby pram, rare maker?

Im having trouble finding information on a pram stroller/bassinet. It seem all the research I have done only turns up information on silver cross models.
The model I says Kinderwagen KÜT and frank-(something) the rest was rubbed out. Anywho im trying to find the year this was made, its has leather straps near the base and netting... thanks in advance for any info anyone may have.  and sorry if the pictures are to big, think i need to resize them
