Need info on "pay and print" Ebay !!

I have received different answers so I will ask here.  If you use the pay and print, will the shipping label have postage on it or is it separate,, will they take it out of paypal?  I called the USPS info number and they said you could not use paypal for postage. Yet pay and print says that it will be taken out of your paypal account.  Which is right !!

I'm not sure if it's the "pay and print" option as I'm not selling anything right now so I can't see what it looks like but...  I ship from my selling page which takes me to my paypal and print postage right from there - it deducts from my paypal and you can print on regular letter sized paper and glue and/or tape on your package.  I believe the shipping option is in the drop down list next to the sold item.

You can't pay with paypal if you ship from USPS.com - That maybe where the confusion is with the post office.

I am selling on eBay but I never ship from eBay...I always go to PayPal and ship from that account.  Money comes directly out of my Paypal account for the shipping.  Delivery Confirmation is free with Priority and reduced with the other classes of mail.  The tracking number is a USPS tracking number and is linked to the USPS site.  You can do other shippers also, I think but they are not convenient for me.  As to postage on the label itself, you can choose to have the postage shown or hidden.  That is your option. 

I also have USPS Shipping Assistant that I use sometimes but I do not have a credit card on file with USPS so I have to apply postage to those packages.  I can print labels easily from that page.  I do find the steps are more and more involved than doing a similar package on PayPal.
