Well found, Thor!  That was really bugging me.
Draper's Guild? I was imagining something a lot more sinister than that  :D

mariok54, don't celebrate yet.  It was bugging me, and I rechecked it - the men are in slightly different positions, so I was wrong.  Sorry.
Back to the image search.
It sure does read as a Rembrandt, though.

Let me try to redeem my weary eyes.  The style, subject, and composition feel strongly like a Dutch painting from their Golden Age.  The image looks like a reproduction for a book- possibly an art book.

The Hals brothers were known for painting "merry companies" so I checked them.  I found Dirck Hals' "Partie champetre" which seems to have the same positions in the men:

The darkness of the image makes it hard to tell if it is exactly the same one, but look at the hand position in the man in the middle and the books on the table.  You can even see the outline of a painting on the wall behind.  Reproductions for books, especially black and white reproductions, are notorious for making these dark Dutch paintings a lot lighter.

Hope that helps!
