Okay, I have managed to research this piece a little bit. It is made by a Quebec (Canada) company called Coiteaux Ceramics. The company was located in Chicoutimi, and was in business from 1950 to 1980. Not much stuff of his available on EBAY, probably because he was a small , regional potter, but would this piece have any value? I Believe it was a one man company. The region it is from is called The Beauce, and there seems to be an increasing interest in ceramics and pottery from this region.
