1940's Mathes Cooler Fan

I found this fan in my Mother's garage and am interested to see it's worth.  If anyone has any information on value for this item, please let me know.

If its in good condition I would guess about $40. to $50. !!  My grandmother had one like that when I was a kid and that thing really put out some air !! The smaller shelf types can get pricey but this one being larger I would think would be on the lower end of the price range !!
