Etched Pitcher
« on: September 17, 2011, 08:32:17 am »
Hello everyone! I am trying to identify a pitcher for my Great Aunt. No really sure if it is classified as "antique." I can't seem to find anything about it so far. It has no marking for identification of maker. If anyone can point me in a direction I can take it from there or if you know what it is you can share. I appreciate the help. Thanks!

Without marks it can be really hard to find inforamation.   If you want a starting point, First look around at Fostoria, they are known for this style mostly.  Would have to agree that it appears to be post 70's in style.  With so many export Glass companies out there esp. China, could be just that a export.  But like i mentioned earlier possible a Fostoria.  Also the pattern is a Wheat and Floral style if that helps.
