What a cool Center Bowl, Without markings it will be hard to pinpoint the actual maker and cir. I assume it is Bone china, and being where you are very possible a Staffordshire piece, but really does not look like a 19th century piece by design, would be a bit out of place in a victorian setting, but still possible.
