a couple very old saw sharpening vises

Got these for $1 apiece so I couldnt complain, was gonna check with you folks and see if I had a couple lil treasures. these are what they used to hand sharpen saw blades back in they old days. The first one has a patent date of 1899 on it and the old fella I got them both from said the other one was alot older. Anyone got an idea on they age of the second one or a potential value for the pair?? Thanks!!

and, just to show ya, heres a draw knife I picked up for $5 not much value but the date says 1837 and its still sharp enough to use!... I kinda have a thing for old iron if ya couldnt tell lol
