Hello Friends! Info needed on old silk art?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased this old framed silk at an auction. I'm having a little luck on the internet but not much. The artists name is E.L. Foubert. It is from the late 1800's-early 1900's and it's French. Does anyone know (or could give me a good guess) what the estimated value might be of this? The dimensions are 13x8 and it's in good to fair condition - image is very clear, but there are small dots on it (mold?)

Ok !! So this is a print, on silk, from a painting done by Foubert !!

I'd like to reframe it, any idea how to get those little mold dots off or should I just leave it alone?

You had best leave it alone !!  It  would take a trained conservator to remove mold !! What you can try is to take a soft cheapie toothbrush and brush the mold spots carefully !!  Its possible that it may lighten the spots !!  Keep it laying flat to do this !!
