Clocking on clock 1901 Un

Hi could some one tell if this was one of the first clocking on clock to be made and is it worth much. All hallmakes can be seen inside the clock it self a unique piece

The Underwriters Laboratories began in 1894, and I know that "time detector clocks" were made before that. Regardless of age, they have a following with collectors, and I would place a retail value of around $100 on yours, if in working condition.

Interesting information for you to read.... Pages 545 and 546   Names of company that made Time Detectors and that all time detector innerds were produced in Wurttemberg Germany.

TV does help sometimes !! Saw on Pickers I think it was,, that these were used for factories that had security men that had to make rounds, as each round was made they punched the clock so the employer knew that the security men made their checks at the appointed time !!
