When we moved into our house a couple of years ago the property had previously been occupied by an elderly man who was a bit of a hoarder. Luckily everything had been cleared out of the property before we moved in all apart from an old fashioned bottle opener. We're not sure which metal it is made out of because there is some rust. It looks as though it could be silver but there isn't a hallmark stamp on it. It has a glass dome around 2 inches in diameter and inside there is a picture of a lady sat in what we think is the welsh traditional dress and hat arranging a vase of daffodils. On the back there is a stamp that reads PAT.APP.FOR.REG.DES .871160. Is this worth anything? What does the stamp refer to? Please help. Thanks.
