Talesof....can you move this over to the forum questions?

This looks like a single shot device.  They did have items like this in spy times (but they were usually discreet like lipstick tubes, etc.), out on the range, etc.

I have seen some similar devices over the years for masonry work AND for veterinary means.
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!

It is a Tear Gas Billy Club from 1925 by Federal Laboratories.
