J. Lewko Wood Shelf Question

Does anybody know anything about J. Lewko or or where this piece comes from?

I got it at the local thrift store and when I google the name I get an old catalogue for home furnishing goods from way back in the day. I am wondering if that is where it is from or if it is newer. It looks newer to me.

Those hearts are typical 70`s 80`s !!  They were sold everywhere !!  Country Living magazine made them popular !!
