Limoges of France Sugar Bowl

I am having a lot of trouble finding this pattern online, or any dish that looks like this really

It is pretty ...... and "busy" ....... but for some reason I can't picture it as being a sugar bowl. Both the small opening and the pedestal base makes me think it was for another purpose.

Your mark is La Seynie, Limoge PP France,  Artist or decorator Looks Like M. Mull and the year 56 !!  You didn`t give the size on this !! Could be a master salt,, what is in the center of the bottom !!

And the height is ?? Is that a stopper in the bottom ??

Its about 4 inches tall, and 6.25" from handle to handle. Also, no its not a stopper in the bottom. I can't really imagine what else it would be besides a sugar dish...

I am pondering if this is a "copycat"....the mark isn't a typical mark....
