Hi all, possible antique?

I have found an item on ebay currently only at a pound looks like a bargain for that price regardless but I was just wondering if you think it may be an antique??



Apparently it was imported from Spain mid 1900's, thoughts??

Hard to tell what it is made of at this distance !! Antique ?? Not if mid 1900`s !!  You mean the table and all at that price ?? Not bad if you like chess !!

 I don't think the pieces go with the board. They seem too large for their positions.  Either way that is a very cool board.
