Old Candle Holder
« on: August 25, 2012, 01:45:04 am »
Hi. My mom found this in some old house about 37 years ago. All I know that its a candle holder, its 19.5 cm tall, and 550 grams heavy.

I really dont know anything about this peace. I have another one, different from this one, little taller but the same weight, and it has a stamp that says its german silver.

This one puzzles me, because it looks better and older.

So, I have two questions :

Can you tell me something about this one

And second - I will get the other one appraised online and I simply cant take a picture of that small stamp. Its blurry. Its 6 Mpix camera, and Id like you to tell me do you know any tricks or advices for this, or do I need better camera.

Other one, with stamp, is in picture number two. -  - bachmann alpacca

BTW, stamp looks like the one in picture number 3, but mine is little nicer. Same stamp, but nicer.

WTH, while we here, throw some info on both.

Thank you.
