horn rocking chair

I have a horn rocking chair we would like to sell. 
Any ideas of where we could find a market or an interested buyer for this unique piece of furniture?

Now thats what I call a chair.......where to sell it....you could try ebay...wait for one of their free listing days...set a start price with a reserve...sell worldwide...and see what happens

It could be one of several makers, such as Wenzel Friedrich (a cabinet maker by trade), Charles Puppe, or William Mittmann. These were all Texas makers, headquartered in San Antonio.

Definitely get in contact with the Texas Longhorn Museum, for starters, to get an opinion. Some of this furniture is EXTREMELY valuable!!!

You need to be cautious about who you sell this do.  Take the time and do the research.  This can be worth quite a bit!

Woah that's cool, I'm a student at the University of Texas in Austin where the mascot is the Longhorn, so I think it's really cool and I have some friends who would probably be interested.

What's going on with the seat cushion? It looks like the horns are bursting through it.  Like it is ripped. Can you get to the stuffing from those tears? Just Curious?

looking at this chair reminds me of Predator.....and having looked at it again...its nice but...comparing it against those that are in the Longhorn museum...is a bit like saying chalk & cheese...the ones in the museum...have an artistic flair to them...this one..in my opinion..does,nt ...as the horns don,t look like longhorns...like whats in the museum...where some of those chairs have horns that start out as a leg and continue on and up to form the arm rest...
