when her score reaches 8888...it will be 4 fat ladies....as 2 fat ladies is 88...therefore 4 fat ladies will be 8888...over here it is a Bingo term....as, all the eights 88 or 2 fat ladies,...simple because the number 8 resembles a fat lady...as does two little ducks = 22.....or "was she worth it" 56....which was 5/6 in old money...the cost of a marriage licence.....are you any the wiser??

well...i don,t know....its always been 2 fat ladies....i think its probably because...Playing Bingo.has alway,s been associated with women, it has never been a mans game....in the 50,s/60,s/70,s...it had a massive following....and the "Bingo caller"..was usually a man...who called out the numbers in a sing-songee voice....i.e.  88...2 fat ladiesssssssssss,...or Kelly,s eye  number 1.................1 & 6...."sweet sixteen"....21..."key to the door"....."legs eleven"....number 11....and there was almost a saying for all the numbers from 1 to 90.....
