Having been through many natural & man-made disasters , the one fact that has always shined through was the most valuable commodity ... love .
It's also true that criminals of all bents can come out of the woodwork in droves when such misfortunes are beheld (I don't hold it against them , it's just what they do) . With modern & inexpensive video gear , nearly anyone can document conversations , situations & agreements , which in my experience tends to put an icicle up the keester of the crooks .
