Another barn find!  The silver colored part reads Perfection Oil Heater made in the USA June 17, 1914. It has two kero reservoirs with wicks, so it could be refilled and set right in and re-lit.  Are there any values and should it be repainted? Where would it be displayed? Thank you all so much for your wonderful help.

They didn't come painted originally...just plain old polished "stove black" finish. If you wanted a colored one, you had to go for the fancy porcelain enamel model.
Value wise, probably $35-$50 would buy you a nice one in a shop today. I bet most of them get used as plant stands.

Value over here in the UK...starts at around £30 =...$60...i,ve seen them painted up...with heat resistant paint...and used as a patio heater...if you,re selling..best to leave as is....see link
