gosh-your eyes are better than mine--now I see writing but I can't read it--is there a way I can decipher?

Take images from different angles. The flash obviously helps as it appears to be moulded.

It starts with an "R" I think.

I can see a small r but there's also something at about 8 o clock.

Take any kind of oil and rub the bottom and the whit will disappear. I learned that a bottle show. You'll be able to see things clearer.

Its almost as if someone has used a bottle base for it. Like end of day or something.

Image needed directly above the letters.

Just my opinion but I think this is from the 60`s art glass era and may have been sold as a "second" due to the inperfections !!
