Bought this for 50 cents just for the mascot, looks like fifties style. Measures about 4 inch. Flexi? Can anyone translate Spanish?

I can`t speak spanish even though I am in Texas but I can and did look it up !!  Zapaterias means "shoe store " !! Other three are towns in Mexico !!
