Not hand made but possibly are hand decorated !! The top piece was made for export so probably many were made Bottom is better quality but,, there are so many of these on the market that value has dropped greatly !! None are moving on ebay !! And that is your best bet to see if anyone is actually buying them !! Not what the start price is, but go to ending prices and see the selling price !! The more collectable pieces of Kutani porcelain were made before 1912 !! Usually the mark on the bottom of the large piece tells what region it was made in !! Red and gold stamp may be the decorator !! Quinborne is sometimes on here and may be able to tell you what it says !! Another option would be for you to take it to an oriental market and get someone to translate it for you !!
