If this seller had a decent start price,, it could have gone quite high just on their reputation !!  But like I said,, all they need is one bid !!

I have been looking !! I have found no connection of an LW anywhere with Washington !!

I think this LW...may be a Foundry mark,...it could stand for light weight...I did google this and there are some refference,s..but not back when this may have been made, but Foundry marks do exist,and...some are like this, just letters...

I just did !!  Nada !! Also checked against all tin, brass and copper metal marks !! Zilch !!!
