pure aluminum tin and its markings

picked up at goodwill, anyone willing to help me figure out its purpose?  And the markings--so many--what do they mean?

I need to catch up on my farm items. :D The closest I've been to a farm is when my daughter took horseback riding lessons. She did competitions for a while. So many flies. ;D Happy Anniversary BigWullie!
