Yes there was a Sarah Fogal who just died at 86. She did pottery. Check obit. Google Fogal pottery and see what comes.

greenacres-have a story to tell you, I did as you said, the woman was from mankato mn not far from my home town of austin mn which it turns out mrs. fogels son is a catholic priest there in town, but he was transferred of course just to make it more interesting

I have asked him if he wants it, sent the pics I sent here, would be a fun thing if it all works out

already rec'd a response from father fogal-his mother didn't do pottery but his brother does--he is forwarding my email to him to see if its one of his

It would be pretty neat if that piece finds its way home.

(Interesting to hear Austin mentioned. My Aunt has lived there for the last 60 years, with a good portion of that time spent teaching in the public schools. I was just thinking about going to visit her...but I want to make sure to miss the National Barrow Show. ;D)
