Hassan Cigarette Cards
« on: September 28, 2013, 11:33:39 am »
Unsure how these came into my possession, but I surmise they were in a box of assorted "junk" my parents bought at an auction. I've had these almost since I can remember. Most of mine have to do with lighthouses and explorers. I looked on eBay and although it doesn't show every card in my small collection, I get the idea they are asking anywhere from $5 to $50 (average $15) for these type of cards. Probably depends on condition, theme and demand. Just wondering when these cards were on the market.

That's a lot of info. Thanks. I didn't think they were that old - maybe from the 1930s.

Also the other series was World's Greatest Explorers, listed 1910 or in most places (but a few say 1914).
