Wood Tennis Racket
« on: November 02, 2013, 08:19:08 pm »
I purchased this a few months ago at the TS and have not been able to find anything about it or another one like it on the internet.

It's a very nicely made laminated wood tennis racket that I think was made in Germany probably in the early to mid 1930's.

Does anyone know if it was made in Germany in the 1930's?

Thanks!
Kevin

There people who are interested in antique racquets. I've been playing tennis for 25 years and my daughter teaches tennis. I have a signed Andre Agassi racquet. I don't much about this racquet, but maybe if it was Bill Tilden's racquet it would be valuable. But it's a common place racquet not that valuable. Maybe $30.
