Anyone have any info on this highback Bouldin's Inc. Arm Chair?

Hi everyone,

I received this chair about 20 years ago from an estate sale and have recently wanted to find out a little about it. I can find no info on the manufacturer through web search. It's a very interesting and beautiful piece of furniture that is in excellent condition. Take a look and let me know what you think!

High Point, trade show capital of the U.S.  Ton's of vendors sell down there.  They have a huge annual show.  Check out this link http://wilmington.craigslist.org/fuo/4130493709.html   Same company.

Well, according to the High Point Museum archives Bouldins Inc only appeared in the city directory from 1974 to 1978 !! There are references to them being bought or absorbed into one of the larger groups but haven`t found which one yet  !!
