Porcelain figurine

I have a figurine of 2 children singing in gowns. The girl has braids and is holding a candle. the boy is holding a song book. It is marked Made in Italy, and Rosana (I think).  There is also a round stamp similar to a postage stamp but is difficult to read. Is this a valuable piece?
