Well, its obviously Native American style, look for New Mexico artists and from the states in that area !! Although the artist could be from other places, that would be a starting point !! Hopi, Pueblo, Navajo cultures is what it reminds me of !!
You might call an art gallery and see if they recognize the style !! Prints are usually sold over a wide area so even a gallery not in that area might know who the artist is !!
