Somebody knows of car mascots

I see this and I like. But to that car belonged?
Or does somebody know a forum abaut hood ornaments?

It looks similar to the old Cadillac hood ornaments; not sure if it is or not though.

Some hood ornaments for vintage or rare cars can fetch a pretty penny to someone restoring the car, could be the last final touch they need.
