« on: April 05, 2014, 07:43:30 pm »
i was in a very old house. it was old enough it had no plumbing or electricity it was about 200 square feet. very old. and there was a crap load of what we think is old tractor parts. I mean were talking like maybe 100 years old. and I found a "Chrysler" emblem I was wondering what it was worth.

"It may have been a Wards tractor. They were made around 1949-51.The HR Wards had a 230 Chrysler 6 and the ER had a 250 Chrysler 6.They had the Chrysler fluid drive with a New Process 5 speed tranny.I used to own several Wards tractors and pulled them.Other similar tractors were the Lehr Big Boy,Simpson,Jumbo,Love ,Friday,Coop#2&3,etc.I also owned a Graham Bradley tractor. It had a 6 cyl Continental engine."
