German Certificate?

Hi Guys!

Are there any German speakers out there or does anyone know what this might be?
It was amongs some old photos wrapped in plastic like they were trying to preserve it. 
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, this is not a certificate, but the title page of a leaflet used in schools to learn handwriting (here called Schönschrift = calligraphy) I think it dates to the late 19th century. Do you have only this page?

Yes this is the only page I have.  It was mixed in with a bunch of old photographs I picked up at a yard sale.
