Happy Halloween - Vintage Cutouts
« on: October 24, 2014, 09:37:01 am »
Happy Halloween! I found these at a yard sale up the street for 25 cents each. I have been looking for anything vintage Halloween. It is really hard to find. I am happy with these. 1950s I think. The woman said she had them since she was a kid and she was my age They have some old tape and other minor condition issues but I am OK with that. They are marked c Beistle Co. Made in USA

Very cool. Vintage holiday decor is very popular right now. They are making reproductions of the cutouts you got! http://www.ebay.com/itm/8-Retro-HALLOWEEN-Decorations-Die-Cut-Cutouts-Vintage-Beistle-Reproduction-/141431091854?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20edf3328e

Thanks for the blast from the past!
I'm from the South - but please don't mistake my Southern Manners/Accent/Charm as a weakness!
