Silver Haul from this weekend

In my travels of estate sales this weekend I found so much silverplate that I don't know what to do with it even! I attached a couple pictures. Lots of WM Rogers that I haven't heard of before. I do have one piece that has no markings at all. It appears to be a sugar container for a tea set but did not belong with anything else I found. Any thoughts on this piece? First two pictures of it. There is no hallmark or marking on the bottom.

Your first item could be a covered childs cup as well.

The second item was commonly used for bread and candies!

International Silver company often just put stickers and no marks on their silver plate.  Very likely they may have made it.

Some helpful tips I have learned over the years in collecting silver:

SAVE those little silica packets you get in shoe boxes, etc.  They absorb moisture.  Stick them in your china cabinet, drawers, silver chests,  or places you store your silver.  It really helps slow down the tarnishing!  They are great for items that are bagged as well!

DO NOT let your silver air dry but dry it immediately.

DO NOT USE toothbrushes or scrubbies to clean! Use a soft cloth, foam sponge or soft horsehair brush. Also, leaving the color in the crevasses helps add depth!

I have been using a silver cream polish with a sponge to clean most of the pieces I find. I resell them so hopefully they aren't stored too long. I do keep some pieces I find truly amazing or with an interesting history.
