Vintage Clown Puppet Doll

Its stomach area has a block of wood behind the clothing. It measures approx. 29" long when just hanging, when you hold it up. Just says "China" on the back of its neck area. It's hard rubber head is nailed to the block of wood. Anyone know what this might be worth? Thank you kindly. ;)

I don't see any strings. the legs are loose and stuff, you hang it from its head and it's arms and legs go every which way, lol.
