Clown Question

Hello - this clown stands about 3 feet tall and is made of hard plastic (seems hollow). Was wondering if he has any age to him? Thanks so much!

Can you please post a picture of the bottom of the piece and any numbers that can be found anywhere on the piece!

I will take a pic of the bottom when I get home. I looked all over and couldn't find any markings. Here is another pic of the front.
