It is really hard to tell from the picture but my feeling is that it is a Chinese interpretation of an art deco lamp. The glass looks a lot like the blown art glass that has flooded the market in the US but a lot bigger. I am having trouble scaling the size. Are those giant blinds or tiny globes? The other items in the picture look like Chinese repros also. It could be an Italian lamp or even a Frankart piece. Without seeing the wiring or details it is hard to say.
