MOP Opera Glass Value

Hello,

I got what I hope is a good deal from a dollar box at a garage sale a few years ago. I've attached pictures, but other than what you can tell from those, I don't really know a lot about them. They're about 3.75 inches wide and about 2.25 inches deep.
I've been searching online and can't find any with the same markings as mine; "Bellevue Paris" so any help would really be appreciated!

I can't get a clear view of the side of your binoculars but they appear enamel to me.  Other brands in true Mother of Pearl can go up to $100 but they look more like this (which these aren't Bellevue)
