Anyone Able to Identify the Maker?

It has the letter "H" in a circle with the number "83" above it on the bottom. It's a hot bowl? I also took a picture of it inside its accompanying metal carrier/holder. Thank you.

That would be early Hull Pottery.

Thats a nice find !!  I too forget to give the Karma points !! Will try to be more thoughtful in the future !!
