I'm getting pretty good at finding my stuff on the internet.
 
This is almost exactly like ours, except ours has gold colored legs.

I thought it might be worth more than $12 or $13, though.

It's scribed (if that's the correct word) into the clay, or whatever it's made of. Very hard to read.
It says

BM
I think.
The BM may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure.

Thats better !!  Its the same as the $30. one !!  The $12. dollar one with the gold legs has a different top rim and pattern !!

The rim is grey-ish in color.

I also saw one for $25.00, but either had gold feet.
So I searched for "gold footed" and saw a pure white one with gold feet.....
........ for  $13.00

I agree.
Too plain, and the gold feet didn't really go with it.
