« on: July 22, 2017, 01:24:06 pm »
So....This is a three drawer chest that I bought from an auction in East Tennessee. The auctioneer stated it was a East Tennessee made. I have no clue. From what I have put together, it walnut. Looking any info on age or value.

The brasses are replaced. However, this chest has not been refinished.

I would say, first quarter 19th century, the brasses are Federal era in style which seems right to me.
